ProxChat Terms · Effective August 11, 2026

• The deal. ProxChat lets you host and join game tables with people nearby. It's free. Be a decent tablemate.
• Your account is yours and works across RightWhere's products (one account). You're responsible for what you post with it.
• House rules. No harassment, no hate, no illegal content, no impersonation, no spamming tables. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules — we'd rather not, so don't make us.
• Your content stays yours. Posting at a table gives the people at that table the ability to see it, and us the technical permission to store and show it. That's all we take.
• Location honesty. Tables are proximity-based. Spoofing your location to disrupt other people's tables breaks the house rules.
• No warranty. ProxChat is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it up but can't promise it never breaks.
• Changes. If these terms change materially we'll say so in the app.
